These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop and workshop bookings at Pitaya Studio.

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, you place a binding offer to purchase.

3. Prices and Shipping

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed before completing the order.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods indicated during the ordering process.

5. Workshops

Workshop bookings are binding. Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled date.
